RC corner creation using Calibre xRC encrypted rule files

 Hello,

I have to perform a MMMC timing analysis and optimisation using various rc corners. 

How can i adapt/convert a calibre xRC encrypted rule files to QRC techfile accepted by this command :

create_rc_corner -name "AA" -T "25" -qx_tech_file "calibre_xrc_encrypted_rule_files" ?
