Hi,
I've completed place and route of a design that I'm working on. And during the DRC checks, I've received a few MinStep and MinArea violations. Attached in the photo below are the Minstep violations. There are 4 Minstep violations. The violations seems to have been caused by a M1-V1 running vertically and a M2-V2 running horizontally in the same location.
How do I solve the MinStep violations? I've tried drawing a polygon in the M2 layer where the violation occurs in the Top left corner. Is this a good way to go about this?
