ecounter read_activity_file with SAF issue

Hi, I am using soc encounter 13.26, and I am trying to analyse the power of the chip with SAIF file dumped from modelsim.

I am wondering is it possible to read saif with " read_activity_file -format SAF " ?

Because when I use "read_activity_file -format SAF  chip_top.saif ",   encounter gives me information "read_activity_file finished sucessfully",

while when I use "  get_activity  -net  xxx " , it shows me error "Error in command, get_activity: requires activities to be set first". It seems that the read_activity_file doesn't work.

Also when I use propagate_activity, it shows error again : ERROR (VOLTUS_POWER-1735): syntax error, unexpected NAME, expecting CLKFREQ

I am wondering 天河SAF format, is it SAIF, or other format ??
