clockSpiceOut (an Encounter error)

When I use Soc Encounter command "clockSpiceOut" to get the spice netlist form the clock tree, error happened like this:

"**ERROR: (ENCSPX-116): Cannot write subckt and model from encrypted CDB."

Why and what should I do?
