Hello,
I study how soft errors (modeled by a exponential current source connected from the drain to the bulk) propagates in a circuit using Virtuoso (Spectre).
However, now I want to simulate a bigger circuit and see how the soft error affects the rails in the neighborhood of the soft error as well, since there's a transient current flowing into the bulk. I've been reading and doing the examples in the Voltus RAK. I've tried so add an exponential current source in the spice file that contains the PLL of the "super filter" with no difference in the results (Dynamic Power and IR). I wonder if is this the only way to add a current source in order to emulate a soft error with Voltus? Any suggestions are welcome.
